What We Do
Wright & Sons Ltd have been serving customers throughout the Bradford and surrounding West Yorkshire area for over 150 years, and we operate from our head office in Bradford where our workshop and showroom is based.
We offer a very wide range of headstone & gravestone memorials in a variety of different styles, materials and colours.
You can browse our memorials on-line or in our showroom and, if you wish, select a memorial, choose the colour and lettering then complete the form and submit to receive your free quotation.
In our showroom we have a have a large selection of our memorials on display along with memorials at various stages of production.We would welcome the opportunity to take you through the manufacturing process.
Wright & Sons Ltd are full retail members of the National Association of Memorial Masons. NAMM membership demonstrates our knowledge and skill as memorial masons and offers our clients the added support of a National Association. We are fully insured and erect memorials to the NAMM Code of Working Practice, the nationally accepted industry standard, to ensure the safe fixing of memorials.
A Brief History
Wright & Sons Ltd has been established in Bradford since 1860, the head office back then was at 179 Otley Road, adjacent to Undercliffe Cemetery. We believe that we are the oldest established monumental masons in Bradford and one of the oldest in Yorkshire.
Wright & Sons Ltd has its origins in 1860, when the company founders are believed to have worked in the quarries in and around Bradford before they went on to develop their carving and lettering skills.
Today, those traditional skills have been enhanced and developed to include our unique computer-aided design service (CAD) that now means our clients can have detailed 3D drawing of individual designs. ensuring our service offers the very best quality materials and standard of care that we know our customers expect.
We have a dedicated team who endeavour to create a lasting tribute perfect for your loved one. We pride ourselves on our fantastic levels of expertise, outstanding customer service, unrivalled workmanship and the quality of our memorials.
