We will always try & send our customers a template of how the inscription will look on receipt of order before we place it on a new memorial. However we don’t if the letters are to be in lead or hand cut letters. This is always subject to customer approval.

No, we do this on your behalf. The payment of the application fee is paid to Wright & Sons Ltd with your memorial payment. We do not charge any extra for this service.

On a new order we always ask for 50% and then the balance upon the completion, but on a payment plan we ask for a deposit, still at 50%, we offer an instalment plan with us weekly/monthly whatever is best for you, then once we have received the 50% we will place the order, the remaining 50% will need to be paid before fixing.
